The first time I had my canopy refitted, the middle brackets were loose. Good thing I checked before I left. Honest mistake, no problem. When they installed rubber lining around the tailgate, it rolled at the bottom, bringing in water. I took it back. Again, no problem. when I asked to go in the garage (it was raining outside) to show exactly what issues were going on with the the seal, to the installer, the manager agreed. While the installer was getting my truck, I asked about installing a foot and hand rail. He said they only had plastic. He did show me a thin metal hand rail. I said I would prefer to buy my parts on the internet and pay them to install. He pointed me to a sign that said, \Would you take a steak to a restaurant and ask them to prepare it for you? Please don't ask us to install your parts.\ Fair enough. Again, no problem. He commented on the sign so I said it was my truck and so I felt justified to order the parts. I would take it to my mechanic. Again, no problem. I will never come back because after I decided to have someone else install the foot and hand rails, he changed his mind and decided not to let me go in the garage, saying he told the installer what I said when I went by last week. Ok, he changed his mind and I can't go in the garage now. So I asked if they planned to use a single seal or a double and he refused to answer and just repeated he explained it to the installer already! I spent over 500 in two months there. Today, they lost a good customer.
