We bought a home, and our current gear would not fit what was already there. Francisco and his crew came in and fixed everything on time and on budget. They were very professional, and came back to do a little fine tuning at no charge. They definitely know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

· about a minute ago Over a year ago we spent almost 7000 dollars on a piece of video equipment that never worked and has never been replaced or refunded (after being removed and sent back to the manufacturer). Audio Innovations has ignored our numerous requests for resolution and has been dishonest about what exactly has happened (which we still are unclear about). It has been a horrible experience. Please be very careful when dealing with this unscrupulous company.
