They’ll just cancel your bus and make you take a later one, no refund. They say they’ll give you a refund if you don’t take the next available ticket but obviously that doesn’t work for anyone. Wouldn’t trust them with my money again.

Better than greyhound. Better busses too.
They don’t deserve a star. Nasty, the most unprofessional employees and scheduling that I’ve ever encountered. DO NOT USE this company.
Due to weather and flights being cancelled I had no choice but to take Greyhound to St. Louis to get my vehicle. Security was lacking in the building. Lot's of homeless people hang around outside. The waiting area looked like a open booking area of a jail. The staff was present but lacked the motivation to enforce any standard. From the vomiting drunk to the guy selling weed I was ready to get on the bus after 6 hour's. The Bus was nice, the Driver was professional and actually enforced the policies. My only complaint about the ride is the mysterious liquid on the floor and the smell of a few passenger's. Overall I will not take another trip with Greyhound. I honestly feel sorry for people who have no other choice in means of travel.
Trust me riding the bus sucks and costs a lot more then you think. Not to mention it is very hard to sleep. And the bus lay over of 5 hours just straight hurt your insides
