I purchased a defective item. No customer service, no refunds, not even a replacement. Don’t waste your time or money here
Bought a karaoke system and a wireless mic system. The mic system is defective. Peter the owner is out of town on vacation. They don’t have another wireless mic system to swap me out. I bought the system on December 23rd. Went back on December 25th today is the 30th. I need to purchase a new wireless mic system for the 31st. Peter will not issue me a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE I Suggest to correct the issues as I encouraged in the first place, and reviews will be taken down.
Been a customer for approximately 6 years . Extremely happy with their products and services. Always a step ahead in the \trend\ of music. I always find the latest models in Karaoke equipment and microphones. They truly know their clients since the staff has been with them for many years. Very happy with the service. Peter was very helpful in getting me the music I need for a gift. This is the only store where I can buy karaoke players and music locally in Miami Florida. He seemed very busy, but took care of business without much help. Thank you Peter!
