Spoke to Mike over the phone and he helped find the blower wheel I was looking for. The new blower wheel is a universal brand but it works as good as the oem. Will definitely be back

Horrible customer service, show up nicely ask for the parts I need and the gentleman at the counter just tells me to go find the parts myself and get them. I would understand if it was during peak hours and he was unablent help me and helping other customers. Instead I’m the only one there and his attitude towards me was very uncomfortable, I would not recommend this supplier.

Ever since John left this location has gone downhill.As far as customer service the long-haired gentleman who works behind the counter it's very unprofessional, unhelpful, unknowledgeable and rude and I'm not writing this review based on one bad experience I gave them multiple chances and every time was just a bad experience it sucks too because I was a customer of theirs since they had first opened their Hemet location
