I wish I could give the customer service at this store a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR REVEIW! I love Kate Spade and I was excited to visit this mall while on a holiday to see my sister. However I guess i didn’t look “the part” because when we walked in we weren’t greeted or recognized at all and the two young ladies rudely just stared and snobbed us. (We were there on February 8th around 2 pm.) I know this because the elderly lady that came in after us had obviously not been traveling for 8 hours and looked a little more put together and was greeted and helped. I hope this review reaches the right individuals and the two ladies receive a hard conversion about their lack of customer service after all they are mall cashiers not Kate Spade affiliates. Let’s be kind ladies.

My sister bought my mother and I each a purse. One was large and had a retail price of over 350 And a smaller one with a retail price of 258. The purses were both sent directly from kate spade. One was too large and the other was too small so we wished to return them. Because we didn't have a receipt we asked if they could look up the receipt. When the lady at kate spade did she said we could not get store credit but could exchange the two purses for items of equal or greater value. My mother and I picked a style of purse worth 258. Now apparently my sister bought the two original purses 40% off. The lady gave us 111and 95 for the exchange. I'm sorry but 40% of roughly 500 should give us 300 not 200. So kate spade stole 100 dollars from us and instead of two purses we got one smaller purse and still had to pay 55. On top of that, the transaction itself took over 20 minutes. Not impressed.

I love Kate Spade and the store in the Fashion mall in Indy. The customer service is excellent and I must mention Amanda, who went above and beyond to get me the watch I wanted. I live in Fort Wayne and picked up a rose gold hybrid watch in the store in Indy. Once I got home I realized that I preferred gold. When I called the store the next day Amanda was so helpful and told me to ship the old watch and sent me the new one within a week without me having to go to Indy! xoxo ;)
