Ordered a gorgeous arrangement (and it was appreciated by the recipient) AND it was a happy birthday balloon instead of the GET WELL SOON balloon as ordered - . Expected it delivered same day, was delivered next day. No communication to let me know there would be a delay - would have been fine if they'd told me. For 100 arrangement, I think a quick email would have been nice.
