I went for service there about 2 weeks ago and they did the oil change but they didn’t put a sticker for the next oil change. Very very expensive oil change. They didn’t wash my car and they didn’t let me know what my car needed other than oil change. There was a nail in my tire that they didn’t tell me about. These things might seem small but I usually go to the Volkswagen dealership on independence and I honestly believe it is the best One. They go above and beyond. They do a great job every time. They have great service.

Brian Wiles and Greg Hovis were great! After price negotiations, I had to drive 3 hours to test drive and inspect before deciding to purchase. They were both there every step of the way and their friendly, professional manner made this one of the best car buying experiences that I have had; especially considering the pandemic situation we are all dealing with. Tammy Hough is the nicest most professional assistant service manager. She listened to my concerns. Quickly had a service tech look into the matter. Super helpful diagnosis. Ordered parts, called to let me know they were in and installed them in under an hour. Quick text hey your car is ready. I walk into the store to pick up the car and Tammy greets me by name with a big smile. This lady is nothing but class! Wow really makes me happy I bought a vw atlas!

Wow! What an amazing experience! I drove home in tears because Tyler and Julius really helped to make sure o got what I could afford and what I wanted! All of my boxes were checked! I have never had such a nice car that I could afford in my life. I am so grateful for their gentle sales personalities and care with me. This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!
