I used Kei's Factory to produce a design for a tattoo. What an outstanding service from Kei's Factory. Absolute pleasure to deal with, responded to my emails really promptly, communicated really well to make sure I had a product I loved. I really can't be happier and without exhadurating this must be the best service I've ever received. Thank you guys. P.S. my package arrived today. I loved the little surprise you attached. I can't recommend these folks strongly enough! Kei is a true artist, and Gavin (manages the customer and business side) is awesome to work with. They're both super friendly, super responsive, and great at what they do. I need a custom piece done for a somewhat unique scenario, and very last minute I might add, and Kei knocked it out of the park!! She even saved me from a design / color choice I had in mind that would have sent the wrong message by Japanese tradition.
