Purchased a pre-owned Dometic AC for my 6 year olds shifter kart trailer 400 cash, took it home connected it and it never cooled, went to track, my son was hot, took AC back, tech checked it and gave me a 2nd preowned Dometic..took both home, removed the first non working unit and replaced it..the 2nd unit didn’t cool...Electrician told me not much to connect other than 110v@ 20amps and should blow..NOTHING! Purchased new Coleman same wiring, now cooling my sons trailer...took both Dometic AC’s to Motorhome Rentals for a refund or to be repaired..and was told nothing could be done... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE MECHANICS OF THIS COMPANY!
GREAT EXPERIENCE, NICE COACHS WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO RENT AN RV. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REMARKABLE. I’ll BE BACK NEXT YEAR.
I have rented a motorhome from this place 2 or 3 times. Customer service is top notch! Never had any issues with the motorhomes. See you guys soon.
