We needed a new refrigerator as ours didn’t really serve our needs. I did my research and selected a counter depth LG refrigerator with French doors. I checked different retailers and their prices. We chose Grand Appliance. The salesman, Ty, was very helpful and answered all my questions. The refrigerator was on sale at a good price. Delivery and installation and removal of our old refrigerator was also important to us. Ty made the whole process quick and easy. Now we’re just waiting on the delivery day. So far it’s been a very good experience.

Great service and prices were competitive with the big box stores.
We had a wonderful experience buying our washing machine. We were going to buy it at Best Buy and had a terrible experience. When we went to Grand Appliance, we were helped by a very nice gentleman who was not pushy and gave us the information to make a choice. In addition he gave us incentives to make a purchase tonight. I was very pleased and would definitely go back to Grand Appliance for another purchase.
Craig was very helpful in assisting us with replacing our old dishwasher. He answered all our questions and double checked stock and color options on each model we were interested in. His assessment of the various brands’ pros and cons aligned almost exactly to the consumer reports research I had done. Would recommend them to anyone looking for new appliances.
