Ken's Aquarium is the best pet store in Decatur...(in my book) It's under new management...Lori and her son Blake... they are AWESOME people...drop in... stop by and see the Great change...
Great place. Been going here for years. 3 kids and 20yrs of pets and supplies. Snakes, fishies, snake supplies, crickets, mill worms, pinkies, gerbils, bedding, cages.
They might've been remodeling but the store has a real strong smell. Like when you have a friend growing up whose sibling has a pet in their room but doesn't take care of it. That being said the couple employees I spoke with were pleasant and helpful enough. They didn't have what I was looking for but the few fish tanks I looked at seemed healthy
Everyone here was so nice and helpful and answered all my questions. My kids love just going in and looking around and asking a million questions
