I’ve been going here since I was 8 years old on our drives through Tallahassee. Now as a student at FSU I go here once a week to look around and get food for my reptiles and amphibians. There is a great selection of reptiles, amphibians, birds, and other animals. It is family owned so please come to support local businesses!!

It is RARE that I go into any store and am impressed and overwhelmed with information! I took my daughter in today to pick out fish. I couldn’t believe how incredibly helpful they were. Everyone was wearing masks. The store was clean and stocked well. Just amazing!!! I couldn’t believe how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was while we were there.

Extremely rude and unknowledgeable staff. Prices are ok, but I will only come here in the future for something that Petco is out of. Edit: I witnessed Carol and her staff yelling at a customer who had a medical condition and was physically and medically unable to wear a mask. They refused service to the customer and claimed that the ADA allowed them to do it, even though medically disabled people are exempt from the Tallahassee mask ordinance. Again, the people in this store are extremely rude and unknowledgeable, which is sad for a small business. Carol doesn't seem to understand that without customers she has no business.
