I spent a lot of money buying fish from them. The fish came in few days later. Two or three were dead but the worst thing that I bought expensive fish like a shark but they never shipped those. They only shipped the damsels. I bought 15 yellow damsels but they sent me orange ones. To top it off no one responds to your phone calls and emails. I will have to dispute this on my credit card.

Took a week and a half for them to even acknowledge the order. Then another 3 for shipment. And what arrived was not what I ordered - wrong fish, dead fish, wrong anemone...they got one coral correct. Then trying to get their customer service to respond is impossible. Never order from them. Very unprofessional and bad livestock

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. I believe this company is scamming. My husband and I live locally. I tried calling their phone number listed before I took my husband to their listed address. No one answered the phone after calling 20 times all morning. So I decided to drive my husband there to pick out his early Father’s Day present which was supposed to be a Bat Ray. There is another business at the address listed and we went in to ask if they had any clue where Fresh Marine may be. They said they don’t know where that business is and that business was definitely not there before them. Smh.

This place is a scam at this point, do not buy from them. They will take payment but that is the last you will hear from them. I have filed a complaint for a refund with the BBB and I encourage everyone with a similar experience to do the same. It will be easier for them to investigate if people that were taken advantage of go online and take a few minutes to fill out a complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM HER.

I placed an order for a dog sweater over a week ago. I have been calling and emailing them with absolutely no response. I don't think that a human being works here. They have never returned a single phone call or an email. Horrible customer service!

terrible people, terrible experience. Ordered a starfish and a crab, they both arrived dead, sent email, they replied "starfish and crab just don't die, we will send UPS label" but they never did. DO NOT BUY at FreshMarine
