Great store. They had the frozen mice I needed to feed my snake. In fact they have a lot of variety of different kinds of frozen mice and rats in different quantity packages. There wasn't a whole lot of reptile terrarium enrichment available on the shelves, but I was happy to be able to pick up the food and I think most of the store is dedicated to their gigantic selection of puppies which are adorable

We had a great experience picking up our new pup. Hannah and Taylor were very knowledgeable and helpful. Every item we received along with the pup was great. So many additional resources included as well! The new renovations are fabulous. The store looks very homey and inviting. Looking forward to making many more trips!

We were in the area and stopped in to look at the puppies. The staff is very nice and helpful.. However the conditions of the dogs were so disgusting... Most of the dogs had feces all over them. When we left the store my 15 year old daughter was in tears. She was looking at the only ferret that they had and the condition in that cage was also disgusting.. I couldn’t understand why all these employees were standing around doing nothing and could be cleaning out the cages or giving the puppies baths. One of the puppies literally stepped in poo because the bottom of the cage had it everywhere. We ALWAYS stop at Petland when we are in the area. But seeing the conditions today we will not be back. These dogs would be better off in a shelter. They would be better taken care of!!

On a trip and found myself at Petland looking for some toys to bring back to my fur babies. I was greeted and helped by Angel Mills. She was very pleasant and helpful. She helped me pick out toys and treats. My fur babies were very happy. Thanks Angel, definitely will be back when I am visiting again!!

The employees were really awesome! I took my niece 3 times in one week and it's all she wanted to do There was a guy there who also got out the tarantula and let us hold it! We held the bunnies, a kitten, a tarantula, a snake, guinea pigs, the chameleons, looked at fish! If your kid likes animals, this is the place!
