Not only is the staff kind and personable, but so well educated in all their products..definitely the best pet shop around!

Went to purchase a Ball Python. They were very helpful and very nice. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they weren't as knowledgeable about the snake's specific stats as they should have been. But overall I was pleased with my experience.

I've been coming here since I was a small child and everytime I come here is a great experience. Today I needed help with a feeding problem for my cats and Heather was a great help. She is very knowledgeable and kind and walked us through finding some better options. She is well versed in store policy and explained things for me to understand easier. I am also very pleased with the store policy that if your pet is unhappy with the food, the store will take it back (within specific guidelines) and instead of throwing it away, they will donate it to a local animal shelter. This place is always clean and lively. The animals that are in their care always look healthy and vibrant. Despite being about an hour away from home, I always suggest this place to any pet parents.

Easily one of the best pet shops I have ever been too. Amazing and vast inventory of both animals and products for their care. I'd move up to NH just to be a part of their great team! All of the animals are healthy and very well cared for. Definitely worth a visit if you are ever in the area!

Unfortunately I tried very diligently with three repeat calls on three consecutive days to acquire a pet from Lebanon pet an aquarium- and was still unable to acquire a bearded dragon from the reptile department. I praise them for wanting to make sure the bearded dragon that came in was healthy and had eaten and was sustaining herself. I left my phone number on three different occasions, again I called three consecutive days and then on the fifth day was told they had tried to call me and had ultimately sold the lizard. Communication was terrible and so is customer service in this case It was very disappointing- I even tried to pre-pay for the Pet, and was denied I spoke with one person in the first day: he said I could come and get the animal right at that moment. The second phone call 15 minutes later was answered by a gentleman who said there was an indefinite wait period To ensure sustainability and eating... it was then I asked for a phone call when the animal could be purchased - I continue to call daily for the next couple days and then on the fifth morning when I called I was informed they had sold the animal lizard. I was told I was called numerous times.. obviously I had not been called back or the number had not been recorded it correctly. Even though I had left it again with another employee -ultimately three times I had left my phone number . I received no voicemail and ultimately no ability to work with the reptile department or purchase anything from the store. They were unorganized, their messages were inaccurate and their communication poor to say the least. Again I was pleased that I would’ve been working Who is concerned and conscientious people regarding a healthy and eating pet – but instead it resulted in such very frustrating outcome and ultimately myself working harder to give them money and then they are to take it....
