Truly professional staff and I felt great comfort knowing that my mother was in good hands. Big thank you to Mitchell and Donna for the exceptional customer service. I’ll never forget how all the staff were in place to greet us so warmly as soon as we entered the building to set up before the service. At such a vulnerable and difficult moment in my life, Bissler & Sons provided such great care. Very patient. This was my first time planning a funeral and Mitch made it absolutely seamless. Thank you a million times over.

Sorry to say this but the name Bissler is on the sign out front but the service inside fell short of Bissler's usual. The staff was kind and attentive, but did not include all the special touches that we were accustomed to while Rick was serving us. I leave this review in hopes that it will help the staff when tending to a Catholic family. When a Catholic family comes for service for their Catholic mother who will be celebrating a Catholic funeral Mass, a rosary in her hands and a crucifix in the coffin should be standard. Please don't forget to at least offer these to your Catholic clients. Thank you.
