My experience with quest has been positive from the very start. Ray was quick to respond to my questions and their pricing is very reasonable. I never thought that I could afford a personal trainer, but the experience has been so beneficial that it would be worth twice the cost. Over the last six months I have been working with Megan Russell at Quest Fitness and have seen an increase in both my fitness and my confidence. She has ensured that I am working hard while maintaining good form and working around past injuries of mine. I highly recommend Quest fitness.

I went to Quest to attend the Danny Kavadlo Calisthenics Experience. Ray was super accommodating to my husband and I as we were coming from Milwaukee, WI and we decided at the last minute to attend. I am SO GLAD WE DID. Ray and his whole crew are amazing. Warm, welcoming, and really amazing people are getting super strong at Quest! I am a personal trainer, coach, and workplace wellness advocate. I would send anyone to Quest and to work with Ray with 100% confidence. The programming is safe and effective for every kind of human machine. Ray and the crew are friendly and encouraging. The people at Quest believe in you, and are cheering for you every step of the way. At the workshop I did things that I never thought were attainable. I have long legs, a limited amount of experience with calisthenics, and inversions and flags have been elusive and scary to someone like me. With the support of everyone, I did a headstand! And almost a full pull-up! And a ton of other stuff! I surprised myself and I give a huge amount of the credit to the group at Quest for their positivity and encouragement. The group energy taps into a part of you where you can find that \extra mile\ courage. If you are on the fence about trying, pull the trigger and try with Ray and the great people at Quest Fitness. You can do it! (All photos are courtesy of Ray @ Quest. Thanks for taking & sharing, Ray!)

I recommend one on one training with Ray to anyone young or old at any physical condition. The exersize routines he designs for every individual are safe, challenging and therapeutic down to the tendons. It will increase your mobility, flexibility and strength all without a crowded gym or need for weights!

My wife and I have been training with Ray for 10 years now and he has really made training not only challenging but fun. His dedication to being the best trainer and Taiji instructor is what inspired me to start my own fitness career. Anyone who cares about getting results from their training should come and train with us at Quest fitness.
