A good experience overall. Our salesman, Nick, was courteous, professional, and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Even after purchase, he responded to my inquiries and questions. The staff overall was very friendly and no one was pushy - that was refreshing. The night we signed/purchased the car, one of the finance managers was out, so there was a bit of a wait to complete, but understandable in this (pandemic) era, so overall a good experience.

Harris Dixon was our salesman and he did a fantastic job getting me into a brand new Chevy Equinox. This is my first new car ever and he made it so easy for me! He worked hard to get my payment at a place I was comfortable at and I am thrilled with my purchase. I highly recommend going to see Harris at Parks in Kernersville if you're in the market for a great car. Excellent customer service!!

I recently purchased a 2016 GMC Denali for 35,000 with 70,000 miles. I was told the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and serviced. Within the first two weeks, the transmission fluid needed to be changed because it was trying to go into four wheel drive on it's own. Upon my findings, it needs brakes, it has a strange sound underneath it when accelerating, i had to replace the cabin air filter (it was gross), the park assist keeps turning off (telling me to see a dealer) and it has a small water leak, most likely associated with the sun roof seal that appears to need replacing. I spoke with the sales associate Deric Holmes-Cobb, who said he would have his manager (Chris) to get back in touch with me.. NO CALL BACK TO DATE. Just pitiful communication at this point. I sure would appreciate that same energy they had when i was purchasing this truck. I wish that i would have never purchased it. A pretty piece of headache. I will never buy another vehicle from Parks Chevrolet in the future!

Carmen was a delight to work with. My wife wanted to adopt her and take her home. She was patient with my wife and made sure she showed her every vehicle that my wife was in the market for. She did find what she was looking. Carmen went above and beyond by starting to help my wife on Friday calling and asking her what she was looking for. And then continued to stay in touch until we got there on Saturday. Thanks Carmen for all your help and would recommend her to anyone. Then the Nightmare started the next Friday. Dealership called and said that my wife had not been approved for loan. Question how can you be approved and then a week later not. Well I found out how after several phone calls. I don't know who BUT someone falsified information on my wife application. She was not asked to fill out one they just asked her a few questions. ( what her hourly pay was and how many hours a week she worked ) Answer was part time X amount per hour and 25 to 30 hours a week. Simple answer right. Wrong because someone needs to take math over again when they put she grossed 2600.00 dollars a month working part time. Called several times trying to get everything worked out but every place the sent her info to get it financed had the same falsified info. Long story short called my bank gave the correct information and within an hour she was approved with a whole lot better interest rate than dealership offered the day we left with vehicle. My bank said there was no reason she should had been denied other than false information the dealership provided. Tried several times to contact some kind of management there But of course they are always with a customer or in a meeting. Have yet to receive a call back from anyone. To date I have left 15 messages and no response. Very disappointed
