Great place for sneaker repair. Caught a flat tire on 4th of July meaning my sole came off while walking. Was referred to Kicks Laundry and they definitely took care of me. Sole fixed and restored in 30 days. If I was disappointed with anything it would be that they promised me free shoe laces but I never got them. They did offer me 2 free cleaning for my wait time which was very gracious. Definitely will utilize their services again. Great customer service and very knowledgeable of their products and services.

Man I can’t say enough good things about the quality of service I received at the VB location. My guy Rel was hella helpful! I purchased the cleaning solution and he took the time to explain how to properly clean my 750’s and even took the time to demonstrate for me. This is my 6th time doing business with them and as always... the staff is knowledgeable and helpful and I walk away knowing my shoes are in good hands. 5 stars ya heard me!
Dropped off 2 pairs of shoes after hearing some good things about this place. I was told it would be a week turnaround for one deep clean and one cleaning with sole sauce. Came back after a week, both shoes still dirty. I brought a 3rd pair to see if they could get the smoke smell out. They apologized for not having the others done and said all 3 would be ready Monday at 12:30. Stopped by Monday after 1 no one was at the shop, sign said they opened at 10. When they showed up a few minutes later they are talking trash about a guy that called on Sunday to see if the shop was open. Well that guy was me. I was calling to see if I could pick my shoes up Sunday because their FB page listed them as open and Sunday would have worked a little better time wise for me...the customer. Also contacted the owner and got no reply. Would not recommend. My 100 would have been better spent on a cleaning kit for me to do it myself. And I would love an explanation of why they are charging sales tax on a service.
Kids laundry got me right! The customer service was amazing Relle helped me out so much. Definitely will come back again. Highly suggested.
This place is EVERYTHING!!!! They are professional and courteous. Did I also mention how quickly they work? They have a customer for life.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE WHITE SNEAKERS TO BE CLEANED. TOOK SEVERAL PAIRS OF WHITE SNEAKERS TO BE "DEEPLY CLEANED" FOR 35 A PAIR. LONG STORY SHORT, THEY KEPT MY SNEAKERS FOR TWO MONTHS AND WHEN I FINALLY GET THERE TO PICK UP, THEY LOOK LIKE THEY HAD BARELY BEEN TOUCHED. KEPT MAKING LAME EXCUSES. EVEN PROMISED TO CLEAN THE SHOELACES AND THEY WERE STILL DIRTY WHEN I PICKED THEM UP....THEN TO SAVE FACE, I WAS PROMISED NEW SHOELACES WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!!

This place is so relaxing inside. Not your average shoe repair place. There's a fish tank in there! I definitely feel comfortable bringing my shoes here. Not sure who the owner is but the workers are exstremely nice, they did a good job on my Chanel's that needed fixing. Plus they offer to pick up your shoes. I will be taking advantage of that next time.
