By the end of my first session, I could reach PAST my toes!! As a semi-avid yogi I am aware of what stretching does for the body. After being out of practice for awhile, I started to have tension headache and I would try to work my shoulders and the base of my neck, but that would only help for a couple of hours. After my first session, not only could I reach past my toes but the tension in my shoulders was gone, as was the headache. I highly recommend Kika Stretch to anyone that asks. The staff is excellent and explain everything they are doing or are about to do and the benefits for each position. It was a great experience. I will be back!
