We searched hard for our land and worked with LUV Homes to buy a place to put on our land. The grading was spot on and perfect. The staff at LUV Homes was expedient in delivery and set up of our home. The care they showed toward us was the winning moments. They did a great job with customer service and are on the top of their game when it comes to helping us get into our home. We could not ask for a better group of people top work with. Thank you to all the staff at Luv Homes!

We bought a modular home from Luv's a year ago. It started out fine but soon went down hard. Sooo many things that I can't list them all here. After delay after delay we finally got the house delivered. We did a walk through and there were many things that needed to be repaired. Charlie, the manager at Luv's, wanted us to sign off on the home before they would make the repairs. He said then he would charge the factory for the repair work. I told him if I sign off then I accept it and there's no guarantees if or when they ever fix things. He said that's how it's done all the time. They finally fixed a few of the problems like the washer drain that wasn't hooked up so that flooded the area under it, the shower without a P trap so sewer gas was coming up the drain. The workers would show up every couple days or so, mid day, work a few hours then it was time to leave. We finally had enough and decided to just do the work myself so it would get done and be right. The quality of workmanship is terrible. Our house is a Schult which used to be a good quality home. We later found out that Clayton bought them out and it shows. The quality went in the dumpster. I would NEVER by a home from Clayton or Luv Homes again and I have told everyone I know that is considering one to go elsewhere. I see on these reviews that the business response is to call them so they can address the issues. That sounds good to people reading these reviews but I seriously doubt they follow up with good results. Update: Charlie you know full well why I decided to take things over myself. Your quality of work and all the delays. Also I would like to point out that 4 of the reviews here were written by Luv Homes staff!
We have had our home for 5 years now and still absolutely love it. The whole staff at Luv Homes has been great to us. Charlie Smoot and everyone there are great at helping through the whole process of purchasing your home. Glad we bought from Luv Homes! David and Judy Carper
Luvs Homes was helpful and patient through the whole process. Nathan was our man! He had ideas and information that were helpful and greatly appreciated. Anytime we had questions or concerns he was on top of it. The entire Luvs team are on point and at the top of the food chain, when dealing with everything from contractors to lenders. We would HIGHLY recommend them!
They have some very nice homes. They were well worth looking at.
