Laundry is fine. I put 5 into the change machine and it ate my money. I’ve filled out the contact form twice and called repeatedly, but have received no response. Nobody is at the desk to ask.

Although they were unable to help with my quarter situation because they provide change for laundromat customers Frequently, and they want the laundromat to provide for their own customers. •Detergent dispenser stole my 5 quarters (which i couldn't replace easily due to first problem) •No staff available •No phone number to call in the event of emergency or general questions
I am not very aquatinted with laundromats so imagine how pleased I was to find the owner and her employee there directing me to which machines would work best for me!! It was very clean and compared to another place I had tried, their prices were so reasonable!! I'm thankful a friend recommended this business to me!!!
My family and I has been going here for several years. Recently both the customer service and functionality of the business have caused me to switch to another company, even though I have to drive out of my way. I work nonstop through the week and routinely take care of my laundering needs on the weekends. How can you run a service business when there are no store associates to help you with issues, such as broken machines, customer service, keeping the place clean, etc. In the middle of the day on Saturday and Sunday there is no one there. I gave them a few weeks to try and get everything under control, however, it seems to be getting worse rather than better. The prices are pretty outrageous anyways and I had been considering leaving before this. I have taken my business elsewhere.
Probably the most expensive laundromat I’ve ever seen. Great machines though!
