The crawfish was over cooked, it lacked flavor and enough spice. I have heard nothing but GREAT things about this place. My first visit and was not impressed. Would I go beck yes, but it wasn't what I was expecting based on what I've heard.

We have been here several times and we love the spice and crawfish are cooked perfectly. Friendly staff and we love the atmosphere. Only thing bring your own cocktail sauce if you want it!

Love this food truck! The crawfish is cooked perfectly with just the right amount of heat. You should probably still BYOB, though. I just wish they were open during the week to settle my crawfish cravings!
