They are very helpful.. Almost TOO helpful. Seriously, they're know-it-all's and it's annoying!! I really don't like it when someone insists they know more than you, and they are persistent in pushing you towards a product. Or how to do something..and then they are WRONG. Please don't be so pushy! Let me shop, I know what I'm looking for and what I'm talking about. Besides that, good store..they've got a ton of product. Cons: they don't give a damn about the Pandemic. You can tell it bothers them that they have to wear masks. You can just tell..

My experience at this Ace Hardware was amazing. I actually got personal attention where I haven't at Home Depot for years. Mike was extremely helpful and solved my Plumbing problem. I highly recommend them and I will be doing my shopping there from my Hardware needs now.

This is a review for the paint department not the whole store. I have had to return three times because they have mixed my paint wrong. I have a small project that should not take long but I have wasted at least two hours because of their mistakes. Also it takes them for ever to mix the paint. I will not be getting paint from here again.
