I normally don’t post reviews about anything. I actually had no intention of buying a vehicle from Koons. I was going to go elsewhere, but because I live within a mile of the dealer, I figured I’d pay them a visit and I wanted to see if the price was right. Honestly, I drove a hard bargain. I got just about everything thing I wanted, and I’m very satisfied with the Black 2020 Ford Edge Titanium I purchased and I get compliments from friends and family. I know Ford vehicles very well and this vehicle is a great product. But more importantly, the BD manager talked some sense into Ford Motor Credit when financing my vehicle as a loyal returning customer. So thanks for that, and thanks AB for your help.

I just bought a new 2021 Ford F150 from Koons Falls Church on Valentine’s day. Especially general manager Ali and sales manager Mert helped me out to get the best car with best deal. Just called to place an order for the new Bronco. I was told this dealership is too busy to spend time on the phone placing these orders, so I would have to come in person during COVID to keep my spot in line. Would also not give me any details on the process or fees over the phone. Not sure why they even have a phone. Switching my dealer, and hoping they can handle a deposit refund considering how busy they are to take care of customers.
