Kraven recently completed an extensive upgrade of our internet and WiFi network and our security system, which included smoke, heat, motion, and CO detectors and automation of door locks, video cameras, doorbell cameras, water valve, garage doors and lights. All of this can be controlled remotely by computer or mobile device, and the system provides easy access and flexibility for the user to adjust most of the settings. Before installation Kevin carefully reviewed our current system, listened to our needs and provided a detailed proposal for the necessary changes. After the installation Kevin made sure we understood how to operate the system and whenever we have questions or need service their responsiveness and knowledge of the technology is outstanding. Kevin is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest technology, our internet and WiFi have never worked as well as they do now, and we are extremely satisfied with the new security system. I would give Kraven a rating of 5 out of 5 and recommend Kraven with no reservations.
