If you have a timeline or expect things to be on-time, go elsewhere. Staff (with the exception of one young man) are rude and wholly incompetent. Placed an order for brick and was told it would be ready in a week. Two and a half weeks later and still haven't received my order. And when I call to check on delivery, no one can answer me on when it will be available. I'd absolutely never order from here again.
