This is a nifty little Park. And a small little town nobody bothers you it's very quiet very peaceful

Park, pros and cons: PROs: a) Although gravel, is clean, quiet (except for highway noise) b) Park is well maintained c) The owner, Clayton, is amazing! Not only did he assist us in parking but offered us material to help skirt our RV in preparation for the teen degree weather coming up (Since we are only here a few weeks, decided to tough it out). Owner has helped several in the park skirt their RVs. d) Propane fill station across the highway...within walking distance. CONs: a) Little to no shade but since this is Winter, not an issue. b) No showers or laundromat on site. Laundromat is in Iola (6 miles).
if you are working in the area or just stopping for the night this place is where you want to be close enough to grocery facilities yet so far away from the populated areas. The major downfalls are no shade with the majority of lots and some of the lots never favor the sun in terms of shade. be careful leaving your awning out here... The owner is pretty down to earth and easy to deal with. he also has some prime BlackBerry bushes all around the property..
Was at this site for two months then Clayton decided he would only let us stay another week once he had harassed the females and said that we were causing havoc which we had not. He would not say anything once the husband's got home I would not advise staying at this site at all. He was more worried about having spots for those calling than for those already here. He gets drunk and forgets conversations and accuses for none communication when actual arrangements have been made. Not a man of his word.
Clean friendly and great service. Clayton at Jayhawker Rv park is a dedicated business owner that goes above and beyond to assure customer service.
