The sales person went out of her way to help. As a single dad she gave me the female point of view and helped me pick out furniture and even bedding. I’ve never been treated so well at a store before. I hate to call her a sales person....she was more than that. She helped me in a huge transition in my life. She was thoughtful and compassionate. Wish I could give more stars.

I wouldn’t even give one star but unfortunately to leave a review you have to put at least one. However, I would NOT recommend giving this place any business! I hope to save anyone from having to go through the hassle and headache we have. We purchased a freezer in early November 2020. Before purchasing I asked if the freezer was in stock and Conns responded with yes, so I paid cash and set the delivery for the following Monday. I got the call with the confirmation of delivery and not 2 hour later was told they were not in stock and would not be till after the new year! Fast forward to today’s date still no freezer and now they are saying won’t be in till February. They are not trustworthy or reliable! Highly recommend finding any other place to purchase appliances. Also if you pay cash it will take 4-8 weeks to get a refund check in the mail.
