Staff is always very friendly and willing to help, but they shouldn't have to help so much. The top load machines always have to be tended to. We have to restart a load; have to get another to spin out and still not done so had to switch washers. The dryers are new and very good, but the washers need to be fixed. We shouldn't have to spend over two hours doing laundry cause we have to restart washers. Might be time to find another laundry mat

As laundry mats go, this wasn't the cleanest or newest I've been to while traveling across the country. The women running the front next was nice enough, showed me around the place, and showed me which machine to use for my bedding vs. clothes. There are lots of signs saying to keep your children calm and no running around. When I arrived that wasn't the case, two groups of kids were running like crazy but if you bring headphones and something to do it was fine. No one bothered me and all the adults were polite enough. The machines are a little run down but there were signs indicating which machines were not in service. Regular washers were 1.00 and the bedding washer was 4.25. My queen size set and towels all fit. The dryers were 0.25 for 7 minutes. I didn't see a lot of plugs so make sure your electronics are charger before hand. Although it wasn't the nicest laundry mat I think it still deserved a 4/5. I will go again while here visiting Purdue.
My washer unfortunately broke down on me and have to go to a laundry mat. I've been to both locations for Scrub a duds. I would recommend going to 2 before heading to 1. 1 is off union and it just seems run down. So I tried 2. Definitely a step up from the other building. Not as many washers broke and the dryers look so much newer. The do have discount days on washers, but normally a regular washer is a dollar. Uprights I do believe are around 4. While you wait they do have tvs but its always on something the attendant wants to watch. Usually a soap opera or talk show. The do have vending machines if you forgot soap of softener or need a drink and a snack. Overall, I'm definitely going to go to 2 just because 1 just doesn't really compare to 2.
Ok bring your own quarter nice washing price but the white washer don't wash good and dryers take 4 to dry rediculious
I found the place pretty run down from what it use to be. Many washers were out of order and not working. It just looked unclean and sad.
