You really have set the bar so high for competitors. Not only do I appreciate your company offering such beautiful high quality appliances at disaster relief prices but the service is exceptional. The sales assistance truly took my needs into consideration into finding what works best for my home and my family. Every staff member was not only knowledgeable of the product but was so helpful and kind to me and my family. Today my appliances were installed and even the delivery men/ installers exceeded my expectations. I have never seen delivery men polish my appliances before leaving my home. Tops recently built custom cabinetry and a new front desk for our veterinary hospital lobby. The design was intricate and complicated but Tops came through in a big way. The final result is better than we could have dreamed. The installation was tricky but the entire team from sales consultant to install team is top notch, extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and skilled. Not to mention they are a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Delivery for Tops were awesome. They were on time. They got the work done and was very kind, polite and just a joy to be around and also very helpful. I give these guys a five on the other hand customer service inside the store was horrible. My sales lady K.. did not know what the hell she was doing at all !!!! She could not answer my question without going to the back and ask someone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was knew but no she’s been there for a very long time. But when she got in front of her manager she swore she had told me everything , that she didn’t “Also That one manager in the back, the fat guy that just sits in the back and have the look as thought he don’t want to be there was also very disrespectful . I wish I had a corporate number because I would call and report them both!
