This is one of the better RAC's I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They will work with you if you communicate with them. The employees are always nice when I go in too. I move a lot so RAC is my go to for furniture each time and I really loved this store.

I have been dealing wit Mr.Kendall for years I jus love how he handler this customer his store I think he need a raise a bonus his own store him n Ms .Sherry I love doing business with him he needs all the stars me personally I give him a 10 beyond Awesome
Terrible. Over priced and will harass you before the payment is even due. Will also leave threatening notes on the door “BETTER PAY TODAY OR ELSE.” Managers are worthless and customer service is absent. I’ve honestly observed better management from cub scouts. Really is a shame I could not rate them a 0, because I absolutely would. Also, they delivered a couch and I had to assist them putting it together.......laughable. You try to reach a district manager and they promise to reach out, but never do. Quick to call and want money or threaten court as well. Not all stores are like this. Lagrange store i would not recommend to ANYONE.
Absolutely love the staff and their above and beyond customer service! You can't go wrong with this location for all your appliance,electronic,and furniture needs!!
This place is a rip off and they dont do like they say very slow like your time is nothing and but will bug b4 your payment is due and give you a run around
We had a hassle trying to get the washer we were paying for fixed. It took 3 times of sending it off to get it fixed. It eventually got worked out and we were given a discount for the trouble. It worked out in the end but very stressful during the events.
