Alex came to fix my washing machine this week. He had a cancellation and was able to come that same day. He was professional and explained everything clearly. He had my washer up and running in less than a hour. So glad I called. I’ll definitely (hopefully never need to) use him again.

I called Alex at Alpha Appliance Service about my mom's Samsung refrigerator leaking water to the bottom tray and then freezing. Alex went to her house and said the defrost kit needs to be replaced. My mom paid him 325 to replace the part. Not less than one month after the replacement, the refrigerator had the same exact problem! I reached out to Alex, and he came up with excuse after excuse of why he can't come back to fix the problem. Finally after 5 months of me calling and leaving message after message, he went back to see what he could do. He then called me and said that Samsungs are famous for this problem, and he can't really fix it. He said he was willing to refund the part, but not the labor; which is funny because the labor is all him, not the part. I told him I need to talk to my mother, and when I called him back, he never replied again. As of this writing, he still has not replied to any of my calls and messages. Beware of working with this company as they are just parts replacers (and apparently not good at that either) and are very unprofessional. If you enjoy working with a company that doesn't return your calls and doesn't do the job right, this is the company for you! UPDATE: Since my last review of this company, Alex reached out to me and explained that he was in the hospital and has not been able to get to me. He was very sorry about the problem not being solved, and he refunded me the entire amount. He's honest and did exactly what he said he would.
