Wow! I don’t know how to make a strong enough recommendation for Lori Tisinai. Last weekend it became clear my hard drive was not well. I left a FB message for Lori, not expecting to hear from her until Monday. She messaged right away and picked up my computer that same day. Snatching my crashing hard drive from the jaws of death in time to save 10 years of files was no small feat. Needless to say it would have been a disaster to lose everything I had on the drive. She checked in several times during the process to let me know how things were going. Once she saved my data, she made recommendations about how to proceed with new hardware and backups.
