Not a hot spring at all. Run down rooms and real hot Elsinore city water.... No hot spring at all. False advertising to me..... 25 year resident disgusted to see this fraudulent Not a hot spring/ most disgusting uncleaned rooms . Just clean it up or give it up..... Really?

Need I say more? This was my closet. Wide open for anyone to come in....creatures, bugs and all. The security guard is a creeper and seems to "pop" up anytime you leave the room. The pool area and spa area is decent though. Although they charge 10 per person per day to use it.
80 a night is about 50 too much. Go to travel lodge, motel 6 roughly the same price and a hell of a lot more secure. This place caters to transients and unfortunate people who took the wrong exit off the 15. Plus side it can be entertaining, if a bit noisy.
So disappointing! I first emailed this motel to check availability and rates but after 2 days received no response. Then I physically went to the front desk to ask for availability/ rates & the front desk person didn't speak English well & told me 90 a night (what!?!). At least that's what I understood. I repeated 90 a night she said yes then walked away. I could not believe the lack of customer service!
