Worst place to deliver/ pickup. I've been to this location 5 to 6 times at Dock D. Everytime these lazy people take 5 to 6 hours to unload and load. I checked-in at 5am sharp and till 9:15, these people didn't even show up at the Shipping docks whereas my appointment was at 6am. I finally switched a trailer which was damaged and my company got it fixed as it was loaded. If you complain, these guys would pretend like they don't care. We are being paid by miles not hours so the management should take a serious note of what these shipping guys at Dock D are doing to hardworking drivers. I won't even get all the waiting time paid which I've wasted for these lazy and unprofessional people. Giving 1 star.
Totally disorganized, negative 5stars. As with most GM facilities the waiting time for truck drivers to be unloaded was many hours. The dock workers were working as if the union tells them the less they do the better
Un professional slow loading trucks don't care
I'd give it 4 if the masks I was forced to wear were effective.
