Just got my 7th account with them. Of course the prices are abit higher, that's how they make money, but the difference vs dropping the whole 1k, 2k, 3k on items is worth it in my book! Friendly people, easy in and out, nice choices on items! I've bought 6 TVs, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 laptops and a desk top from them and no complaints after starting business with them 4-5 years ago.

We bought this furniture and within the first month after taking delivery , my wife noticed the stitches coming out of the center cushion. It took over a month for Conn’s service department to send someone to look at it. It was decided the cushion cover needed to be replaced. Two months later the cover arrived. I called back to Conn’s service department and they said a contractor would make contact to schedule installation. The contractor from Fast Furniture Repair replaced a perfect cushion cover. Said technician said he would make contact with Conn’s and get another cover ordered. My wife was cleaning and noticed the deep gouges in our original wood flooring. I called Conn’s to address the cushion cover and damage to our floor to find the technician had not made any mention of his error of placement of the cover. Conn’s told me they did not cover damage to our property to contact the contractor. Fast furniture repair is NOT making any effort to repair our floor either. Save yourself the trouble and choose where you spend your money wisely.
