Food is great here. Staff normally friendly. However the last 2 trips here have not been great! Here it is 15 minutes we've been at our table and not one person has come to get a drink order or anything. Not even a greeting or be right with you. Not once but 2 times in a row at this location. Server just came over at 652pm. We were seated at 635pm. Just strange service here.

The food was awesome but the person I was with not so awesome. Dude was rushing me to eat as he ordered everything he could and shovel it down his throat on my dime.
Wow the cook here is awesome!!! Food was delightful. Great hospitality. Manger was going around asked patrons how was their food very thoughtful of him! My favorite place to eat thumbs up since moving here from midwest.
Thank you Dante at the South Lakeland Outback for turning our experience around. It was a busy night and we didn't have a server approach us for at least 15minutes once we were sat. Dante walked by, and I think sensed our frustration. He immediately took over and we ended up having a lovely meal. He is a true gem and I think would make an excellent trainer for other servers.
Not bad for lunch if you want to pay a high price for something you can simply make at home. PROS: Staff was great, service was fast, restaurant was clean. CONS: Prices are high and bathrooms are nasty. May I remind you it was only 1:00PM in the afternoon.
