I was surprised at the inventory. This store/small warehouse has a great selection of used appliances at different price levels. Straight forward, get-it-done transaction which is what I wanted. No upselling or pressure. They also had electronics as well. I will definitely buy here again. [They have delivery available - mine would have been 60 (October 2020) but we didn’t need that service this time.]

Bought a used Kenmore Elite French door Refrigerator Freezer from them. It was in perfect condition and a great price. They were very polite. When we got it home we couldn't get the ice maker to work. Their repair guy was I'll so I waited about 3 weeks and called. They sent a guy out right away only to find out he just needed to hit the reset button on the ice maker. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place.

This establishment is exceptional. We purchased a GE stainless side by side from them on August 11th. 40 days later it stopped working. Even though their site advertises a 30 day warranty, they had a technician show up the very same day I called and he was able to repair the unit on site! This to me is going above and beyond and I cannot speak highly enough of this company, Thomas who I dealt with on the phone and Humberto, the tech who came by to fix the fridge are the epitome of superb customer service. It just doesn't get any better than this. Thank you so much for truly caring about customer satisfaction!
