I am not sure if that was their procedure or not but I thought I should still leave this review!!! My car broke down today aand they were actually very nice enough to pay for the towing fee to move my vehicle to a safer place ... I can’t thank enough for this kind behavior!!!

A special thank you to the LAKEWAY, Texas police and fire/ems depts who responded to our accident yesterday afternoon. They were thorough, Kind,caring and simply amazing. We are grateful. You were amazing in helping us since we knew no one we could call to help us and made sure we got to Enterprise and stayed to unload our car. You were worried for us but we did go to the Ed at Baylor Scott and White near there where everyone-the receptionist, CT scanner staff, Janae our nurse and Dr NGO were wonderful too. Happily no internal injuries. Sore and bruised and some scrapes. We’re nervous and keep seeing the wreck so we have been up and down all nite-a bit of post trauma-but it will all be okay. I was out of town. At two in the morning, my husband woke up not feeling well and drove himself to the emergency room at Lakeway Regional, leaving the house unlocked, and possibly leaving doors open. The ER doctor kindly called the Lakeway Police asking them to check on my house. Officer Garza called me, and although he could not go into the house, he checked and locked all my doors, assuring me that all was well. Above and beyond the call of duty and I thank him. We are fortunate to have such a fine Police Department!
