This company came out to repair our Mitsubishi forklift for a sensor code problem, they were able to fix the issue until the same code appeared again a month later, so again they came out to attempt to fix it and it ended up being another part that was the issue we waited weeks until they got the correct part and their mechanic came out to install the part and forgot their scan tool to clear the code so they decided to charge us a fuel surcharge because he had to come back out again to reset the code because he forgot the scan tool, This company will nickel and dime you for every little thing they can, Their employees and mechanics are very incompetent at working on these newer forklifts. We decided to buy a new forklift and this company will never touch it! Beware!
