I give them a two because When I first brought my kids here it was a very friendly nice place! They were seen here for about 3 years, Then One nurse they have started having a terrible way to talk to patients parents. Because the office is so small, I had to experience overhearing negative comments about parents, then if you call because you are concern about your kids health and bring them in and its nothing, they give you a look! I cannot even explain it! I was ok as long as they took good care of my kids! But then I had to take my son in because he had fever and they said it was flu like symptoms and. Said “Everyone has the flu” did not tell me what to do and he was feeling terrible for the next 3 weeks until I decided to take him to urgent care and tested positive for the flu! The worst part was my 4 month old was having fever and terrible cough, when I call they said to wait an extra day only IF she had a High fever AGAIN! To CALL them!! Decided not to wait next day I took her to urgent care as well and tested positive for the flu type A , I just can not understand why they are not too concern about it! Babies have died and older kids too from the flu!!! I hope no kids have to go through the same! And the office does something about it! My kids will no longer be assisting this office!

Impossible to rectify a billing problem [how often does that occur and how frustrating is that]. They only have an answering service that takes a message and returns calls to you [at least hours, but usually days later]. Ridiculous, and then they start charging penalties if the bill is not promptly dispatched.
