If you need an RV park to stay long term then this would work for you. The place is a bit old but it's very well maintained. Renovations seem to be in progress (repainting, repaving, ect) and the spots could be spaced out a bit more, but for the price, hospitality, and amenities this is a park I would highly recommend.

I did not have a good experience. The RV sites in the campground are staggered such that most of them are way too close together, & for the price it's TERRIBLE. When I had a complaint the manager interrupted me, was accusing/shaming, & escalated things instead of hearing me out. If I hadn't NEEDED the stay for a month due to an elderly family member's care, I would have left. I also overheard the same manager yelling at another camper outside in the dark, & threatening to throw them out. They have a 250 utilites deposit (even if you're only there a month) & then expect you to share a meter with the person before or after you that month, & refuse to read the meter. They split the actual bill which I believe is illegal, but rather than complain to the public utilities commission, I'm just DONE. This is the 1st BAD review I've ever written on a campground & I will will pay closer attention to reviews in the future!!
Awesome little park. Located just a few minutes from the beach and a ton of stores near by. Very laid back environment, get ready to say hi to everyone! This place feels like home and would highly recommend!
We were denied transferring our deposit towards 2021 which was the agreement when we booked in the spring of 2020. I would not recommend trusting them for any deposits. The park has been sold I was told when I called and the new owners won't honor the agreement originally made. Beware!
New management was not as welcoming upon arrival as the old. Be prepared to park without much assistance or direction. Old management would literally walk and talk you into your space. Pleasant and professional now but nothing more.
