Kristin did my two furbabies beautifully!! I have a big ol chubby hairy stinky baby and she made him so soft that it almost felt like butter. My shorthaired female usually throws tantrums but was surprisingly good. I am super impressed. She was super communicative and gave me updates. You can tell she loves cats and has a lot of knowledge on them. It does take longer than normal grooming but that is because she uses a stress free method. 12/10 recommend and will probably continuing using her as my main groomer. I love my babies and I was super weary taking them to someone else (My old groomer moved) but she put in the extra effort to make sure they are comfortable. One of my kitties has asthma and she said she would bring a humidifier (i think she said) to help her breathe better during grooming. The fact that she did that was amazing. The overall experience was just so easy and great! love love love

Absolutely loved kristin and her work. The way she attended to my cat Nieve. We will definitely be coming back. Nieve was matted and now shes perfectly beautiful.

I'm a visiting Michigander. Kristin's place is centrally located and easy to find. My Liberty loved her grooming as evidenced by her calm demeanor thereafter! I am a human nurse, & Kristin is very knowledgeable & considerate of cats' physical, medical & emotional needs. I would definitely use her on a regular basis, if I lived here!

Kristin knows her way around cats. I've tried grooming my cat and giving her treats. No dice, I barely escaped with my life. She's a cuddly cat but there are certain parts (especially her tummy are) that I can't ever go near. Kristin did a beautiful job with our little girl. We opted for a teddy bear cut/plushy look. We couldn't be happier. :)

I cannot believe I’ve been taking my cat to be groomed any other way than force free. This woman is a blessing wrapped in a cute little cat lady package. She calls the packages cute things like “shaved & spoiled rotten” and I’m telling you my baby was SPOILED rotten. Ava, my cat, would not take to any drying techniques and this amazing human being turned the AC down, sat with my cat in her lap, had a fan on them while she combed her. All of this just to dry my baby girl after her bath. It’s a long process for a new client but well worth it to have my sweet kitty treated with respect and kindness rather than force and fear. I definitely found my new permanent groomer! ️️️

My cat looks great! It's reassuring to know that I'm taking my baby to a groomer who only grooms cats & truly knows cats but also caters to my cats needs and then does an amazing job grooming her on top of it all! I no longer have to carry the weight from feeling guilty about taking my cat to be groomed, knowing that she is going to be miserable the whole time & mad at me. Thank you so very much Kristen! I took my cat to get groomed for the first time ever at age 13. Kristin was amazing with my Jim! She's also very knowledgeable and informative about the process, answers any and all questions you may have. He was a little nervous after I left but she was able to calm him and his grooming went well. Jim and I will definitely be seeing her regularly! Thank you for the love and attention to my boy!

Kristin is amazing! My cat Honey can be a challenge as he’s 16 and not the best behaved with groomers. Her calm method works great for him and she’s so patient. She does a great job on grooming as he always looks great after a trim (he’s Persian so quite the fur ball). I’m so happy I found her - highly recommend!
