Purchased a NEW vehicle from Jim Marsh less than 2 years ago. 3 weeks ago the vehicle started having issues. Currently, during its 3rd visit in said 3 weeks, the service Dept has no idea what the issue is. Deciding to purchase a new vehicle, they lowballed an offer even though there is a factory warranty as well as an extended warranty. No customer loyalty period! You can't fix the car under warranty and you wanted to screw us on a new sale deal. DO NOT GIVE JIM MARSH YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I needed work done on my 2014 Kia Soul which was a sudden safety issue. My usual dealer service, Findlay, which I have used frequently for regular maintenance for the last 4 years were uncooperative in squeezing me into their booked schedule and didn't see a braking issue as an urgent repair. Blair and Connor at Jim Marsh Kia did see my braking issue as a safety concern and committed to diagnosing my vehicle, at minimum. They found the problem and repaired my car in 2 business days which I really did not anticipate. If you own a vehicle and you want service on it by a real customer-oriented company, this is the place. They definitely have gained me as a customer.

Two hours for an oil change, had to talk to Mr. Marsh to get a decent price for my service. Nothing is ever what they say it is, always lies of this world and greed. Mr. Marsh made it right for me, good thing he was there.

They are nice but they don't do what they say they will when it comes to mechanical repairs . Make sure you take videos and pictures before you bring your car .
