Lids (hat store) and dry cleaners offering alterations said they couldn’t help me. This isn’t their specialty, but they took on the job and did a wonderful job! (Sewing a few patches on a baseball cap.) Thanks so much for doing something the others refused to help me with.

Language barrier. I wanted boot toe and heel guards. When I spoke to the man on the phone he said he could do them. When I got there, he meant cleats. Was nice. Said of I bought them, bring to him and he'd put them on. Store not easy to find. Said laundry on the door and a little sign about shoe repair.

I thought I was going to have to buy new hiking boots but Eagle Shoe Repair not only fixed them, but triple stitched the seams for extra reinforcement. They were also able to fix a broken zipper on my hiking backpack. Fair prices and quick turnaround.

This is not only close to home but they do a fantastic job on anything I bring them. They are the best.

I left a pair of boots here for a week to be left on the stretcher. upon picking them up, they felt as if they have not even been touched let alone put on the stretching machine. Still too tight to wear, it was a waste of 25 and a waste of a week leaving them at this place.

Horrible experience. They have had two purses for two weeks and no communication. Picking up.

I had a pair of red-wing work boots that I didn't like the sole of...was just way too smooth. I took them in to Eagle Shoe Repair to have them resoled. Paid 75 for the new sole and labor costs and the boots look just as good as they were new and wear a lot better now. Great customer service and quality!
