I've hired Action Plumbing twice now - to disable my sprinkler system and replace a water heater. They're honest and they don't inflate their prices and take advantage of their customers like some companies. Their plumbers are very knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. And Pam, in the office, is friendly and a joy to deal with.
The plumber named Taylor was at our door early. He was courteous and very professional. Taylor fixed our bathroom sink faucet in a very short time. Taylor then asked it there was anything else we needed done. We asked him for an estimate on replacing kitchen faucet and he was very obliging. We highly recommend Action Plumbing.
I am someone who wants to support local businesses. I don't typically write bad reviews unless I feel like I really got taken advantage of. I live with my daughter, and we called them to ask them to preventatively scope our main drain, as the previous owner said she does this every 3-5 years because of tree roots. We were told they would send someone out to do this. When the technician arrived, he asked where the blockage was, and we told him there was no blockage, we just wanted him to scope the drain to be sure there were no tree roots obstructing. He said they don't do this, as they don't have cameras on their equipment. He was on my porch for less than 5 minutes. They sent us a bill for 50.00. I called, and they refused to discount or remove the charges. I feel like they took advantage of us, and that the person I spoke with on the phone should know what services they provide. I think they just wanted to get my money. I would advise you to find a local, fair plumbing company (not Action Plumbing) to help you.
Called them in the morning and they were out that afternoon. I was going to install a new toilet DIY...after removing the old one ran into problems. Needed a new flange... decided I needed an expert. They also installed a new shut off valve. Took 1 he. So far so good. Appreciated their promptness and knowledge.
