Have taken my lawnmower there twice. Both times it took forever to get it back and I had to call them to try to move them along.

Monty and Jeff are great! We took our lawn mower for maintenance since we haven't used it almost 3 years! It was fixed on timely manner! However, we made a mistake of overflowing w the engine oil and it was not working right! We took back to Monty and he was happy to fix the problem at no additional charge and also educated us on our Trimmer!r. I will recommend this company!

My company took our air compressor to this establishment to have a warranty repair done. That was in July, almost 4 MONTHS AGO. The owner claims to have not been paid by the company that holds the warranty, but he took himself off of their list of businesses they work with... So they can't pay him unless he fills out some paperwork and answers their repeated phone calls. I confronted the owner in his shop and he put it all off on the warranty company. Told me he won't give me my compressor until they pay him, yet HE is the one preventing himself from getting paid. I have NEVER encountered a business with such little regard for their customers. My company does insurance work all the time, and WE fight for our customers so we can get paid... We do not put off our responsibilities and mistakes on our customers. This place is a complete and total joke. I have never met a business owner so ignorant in my life.

I took my mower -- simple rotary push mode l-- in on a Monday for a tune up, throttle cable replacement and a new blade. I was told the mower would be ready by the end of the week. I called on Friday and was told it wasn't done and that it would be done on Tuesday. Today is the following Saturday. I hadn't heard anything so I went to the shop to see what was going on. Turns out not only was it not finished I was still halfway down the page on the waiting list. No apologies, I was just shown the list and tod that they are busy. Seems to me they should have kept at least one of their delivery promises.

I brought my mower to them to be fixed, I was told they would call me before they did any work because the mower was still covered by the manufacturers warranty. 2 1/2 weeks later I called them wanting my mower back, they said it wasn't covered under warranty and it would 67 dollars. Ummm where was my phone call? I would have brought it somewhere else if it wasn't covered. 67 to clean a carborator on a lawn mower is ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this place.
