When you need maintenance done on small equipment, Crow's is the place to go. I took my brand new chainsaw over there because I wanted one of their techs to show me how to put it into operation. And he paused from his task to give me a quick how to. And even added fuel. His expertise was most appreciated and no doubt saved me a lot of trouble later. Thank you Crow's for a job well done and I will remain a devoted customer.

The VERY BEST in LAWTON OK! Your vehicle is ALWAYS repaired in a timely manner, either next or same day, very reasonable, affordable.pricing. Kevin ALWAYS explains what he found and repaired, and the work is ALWAYS done right the first time!!!!!! The staff is so friendly and NEVER forgets your name. I would NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else. AND, they NEVER try to sell you work you DON'T NEED!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This garage came recommended to me and I cannot fathom on why. First I called for a QUOTE on spark plugs and wires, then I made an appt for 8:30 for just plugs. When I dropped it off, I was then informed I would need a ride, which is fine, but should have been mentioned. Then I called at 11, 30 minutes after I was told it would be done, and they didn't even start working on it yet. They told me it must have been a miscommunication. Then at 2:40 I received a call to pick it up. When I got there they told me that instead of the 125 I was quoted, I needed to pay 225 because they did the wires like I told them not to do. Also, not that its a super big deal because the truck is older but I just had it detailed and you guys could not even bother to to put something down before getting in it with muddy feet. Over all bad experience and I will not be recommending you to anyone. My advice, be more upfront, being nice only helps when you are being honest.
